Philip Kass

President and CEO

Philip began his career managing the operations at small manufacturing and distribution companies, followed by 23 years at ExxonMobil where he held executive positions in the Controllers organization. He supported business line presidents with analysis and reporting, represented the financial functions on business leadership teams, led multi-million dollar projects, and worked with offshore accounting centers.

He has an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering, Masters in Business Administration and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Texas.

As President of Finenti Corporation, he manages the accounting, tax and advisory work for clients.

Elizabeth Kass

Vice President Business Development

Elizabeth had a successful career at Chase Bank, where she assisted small business and retail clients, marketed products, developed employee incentives, negotiated service contracts, administered training programs and implemented IT projects.

She supported her family through multiple domestic relocations and expatriate assignments.

She has a BBA in Finance and a Master’s degree in International Business.

As VP Business Development at Finenti Corporation, she is responsible for sales & marketing, customer relations, and manages our office administration.
