Philip Kass
President & CEO
Philip started work managing operations at small manufacturing companies then had a successful career as an executive in ExxonMobil Controllers organization. He has supported business presidents with analysis and reporting, represented the finance functions on leadership teams, and led multi-million dollar projects. He has a BS Chemical Engineering, Masters in Business Administration and is a licensed CPA in Texas.
Elizabeth Kass
VP Business Development
Elizabeth had a successful career at Chase Bank, where she assisted small business and retail clients, marketed products, developed employee incentives, negotiated service contracts, administered training programs and implemented IT projects. She has a BBA in Finance and Masters in International Business.
